Debian Jessie does not have a gcc-4.6 package. Debian Stretch has a gcc-4.6 package and has gcc-4.7, -4.8, and -4.9 which makes it a good candidate to use as a build environment. | |||

Debian Stretch has a gcc-4.6 package and has gcc-4.7, -4.8, and -4.9 which makes it a good candidate to use as a build environment.
