Basically, to add URLs for Web pages, you just need to set the URL using PARCEL_MEDIA_COMMAND_URL and then use the new flag PARCEL_MEDIA_COMMAND_TYPE and set it to "text/html". It works flawlessly. Editing this page requires way more skills than I have with Wikis.
