Introduction
I am a new 2nd life user. I want to help improve the user experience, especially for new users. That has to be done without compromising the breadth of features available for power users. My strategy is "low floor and no ceiling".
I will document my suggestions on which areas to focus on here.
Some of these suggestions come from my experience and some are from my ad hoc interviews with users I encounter at random in world.
