Well, around November I joined the mentors 2.0 system, it's birth point. (there were the mentors 1.0 before this). It's been fun, exciting, annoying, aggravating, ....well, it's been everything to be honest.

When you mentor, and do it while living your nomal SL life (just keeping your mentor 2.0 tag on will mean your in "MENTOR MODE!!!") you'll end up helping people from every culture, age (SL age, I don't wish to find 80 year old's on the teen grid...ever), and mental state. Lately I've done less grid expeditions (where I just go to populated places to see if anyone needs some assistance with some feature in SL, amazing how many people do need some level of assistance.), since I can now sit at the bazaar and help people out...more on that in the sub-section below.

Which can be interesting, to say the least.

Lately I've done less grid expeditions (where I just go to populated places to see if anyone needs some assistance with some feature in SL, amazing how many people do need some level of assistance.), since I can now sit at the bazaar and help people out...more on that in the sub-section below.

Bazaar Management

Well, I contacted Blue Linden...so much to say about Blue, all good of course! (jumps out of the way of a swinging banhammer). Really he's a great guy, so are the other managers from what I've seen. Anyway, that's another discussion. I contacted Blue to apply for the position, shortly recieved it, and started hanging around the Nix Bazaar often.

I meet so many interesting people now, it's fun to be sitting in the area, building something while waiting for someone to happen by to check the place out, and then be able to assist them with any questions. What is not fun however, is when we have the great griefers visit, what painful issues they can be. But they usually disperse once their through with their un-helpful activities and everyone can recover from any traps, orbits, etc.

Recently finished the second area of the bazaar. It's doing great, gets more visitors that the normal area.
