	Go to secondlife.com Click "Resident Login" (JP translation) at the top right corner
	Click on "Fogot your password?" (JP translation)
	You are now at "My Account: Password request" (JP translation) page
	Enter (1)Second Life first name and (2)Second Life last name Click on "Send Instructions" (JP translation)
	Please contact Support at jpsupport@secondlife.com if this page shows up.
	If you have successfuly submitted a password recovery request, there is an e-mail waiting for you at your resistered e-mail inbox, from "no-reply@secondlife.com" with a subject "Second Life: Password Assistance". Make sure to check a spam folder if there isn't. Click on a link provided in the e-mail and you will see this page.
