Are you aware that the script you cross posted, in it's sensor section will cascade from one if to the next if because you are incrementing done? So if done starts out as zero, by the end of the event it will be 11. I think you meant to do an else-if, in addition you should put it in a function an fall it from the sensor event as well as the no_sensor event. -- Strife <small>(talk|contribs)</small> 23:45, 8 August 2009 (UTC) | Are you aware that the script you cross posted, in it's sensor section will cascade from one if to the next if because you are incrementing done? Ooops on the ifs. I've been at the computer all day (again) and was getting a bit blurry during that. Them there are a lot of combinations. I'll set to fixxing. llGetLocalPos
I see your change to llGetLocalPos. Could you please elaborate on this? What happens when the object is physical, what happens when it is not physical? -- Strife (talk|contribs) 16:58, 22 April 2009 (UTC)
Note added much later to qualify for historical reference. I did address Strife's concern and went on to learn a great deal from him about proper editing. -- Eddy (talk|contribs) 00:11, 6 July 2009 (UTC)
Comments on discussion pages
Heyas :-)
Just wanted to give a heads-up that I undid the change you made to Strife's comment in the do while discussion. Although he might be fine with this particular change, it's generally seen as bad practice to change comments made by others. So
- changing contributions by someone in an article: YAY, go for it!
- changing comments by someone on a discussion page: Eeeeps, no no no!
I know it's kinda fussy in this particular case, though I want to mention it early, since this kind of stuff can easily result in drama.
On a related note: you can link to category pages by placing a colon right behind the initial brackets. When you write , the page will be registered to the category called "Name", though when you write :Category:Name (notice the colon), it will place a link to that category. Same for images, btw.

llPlaySoundSlave
I saw your edit on llPlaySoundSlave, [1]. That doesn't sound like the intended behavior at all; sounds more like a bug. I think you should report it. It's ok to be vague in the bug report if you can't nail down the particulars. -- Strife (talk|contribs) 18:52, 30 July 2009 (UTC)
Mmm. I'm not sure about it. All I can see so far is that the slave needs to be kick started so state_entry won't do (if you catch my drift). I'll carry on examining because I need the answers for a project. So I'll make reports and post scripts and all that when I know better what to say. I discovered lots of strange things not documented while playing with master and slave (and I wish they were called something else (trying to talk about these without thinking of S&M is almost impossible)) -- Eddy (talk|contribs) 19:00, 30 July 2009 (UTC)
