Clarity
I think the event posting rules (specificly the bulleted list) are somewhat unclear. Some of the points mentioned seem to be connected with an AND and some with an OR.
E.g. "The parcel has a name." is connected with an AND to all the others, while e.g. "You personally own the parcel..." and "The parcel is owned by a group..." can't be connected with AND. I would change it at good will, though I don't want to mess with policy stuff. Maybe it would even be a candidate to go in Linden Lab Official, since it's policy?
