This is in the advanced estate menu, but does anyone know what it really is?

Dump Temp Asset Data, is an administrative tool found in the Advanced Estate Menu. It is used by administrators to debug performance issues, it will do nothing if invoked by those without administrative privileges.

No source has been found that indicates what this feature actually does.
