  1. @recvemote=n
  2. @recvemote:<UUID>=rem
  3. @recvemote:<UUID>=add

Purpose

When prevented (@recvemote=n), emotes will be discarded. However, exceptions can be made too by using @recvemote:<UUID>=<rem/add>
