SL or OpenSim ?

Is this for SL or OpenSim ?

It appears to be a custom event handler that isn't available in vanilla Second Life, so anyone have a clue how this is used ?

I haven't a clue really, I got the impression that at the time it was released it wasn't OpenSim which didn't have a VM. I remember reading about the Duogrid bridge (before the website evaporated) I think it might be vaporware. P.S. It is also an interesting usecase for the template, one that I have been meaning to better support.

Any thoughts on whether Category:LSL 3rd Party Dependencies and Category:LSL Xenon Systems Runtime-powered should be flagged for deletion on the basis that this non-existing event handler is the only thing in them ?
