UMPC

A UMPC is a small portable computer that fills the niche between laptops and handhelds. As devices get smaller the limitations of the hardware becomes more extreme. Memory, disk space, screen size & resolution, CPU speed and GPU features all become very limited. SL is a CPU, GPU, memory and disk intensive program, so even the smallest limitations in the hardware can have a big impact on SL performance.
