  • DRTSIM-537. Restoring offline friendship and group membership offers.
    • New (temporary?) implementations of the ReadOfflineMsgs, AcceptFriendship, DeclineFriendship, AcceptGroupInvite, and DeclineGroupInvite Capabilities.
    • Revival of the Current_Sim_Capabilities page with a few updates.
  • Viewer builds now use python 3 and autobuild 3
  • Possible time change for TPV meetings?
