{{Template:Template}} actually has a real usage...

@Strife Onizuka created, in the distant past, the amusing template named, well, {{Template}}.

What exactly it did wasn't obvious to me, but @Zai Lynch found it hilarious and granted a Geek Award to Strife.

This was unfortunate, as Wikipedia actually considers {{Template:Template}} to be a valid template, which has its own usage, meaning that copying & pasting templates from Wikipedia which happen to rely on a real {{Template:Template}} will break.

I saw that {{Template:Template}} didn't formerly be in usage, except for the above-mentioned award. As such, and unless told otherwise, I'd recommend sticking with the Wikipedia meaning for this template, according to the  Principle of Least Astonishment.
