What is this page exactly? What does it do? Is it redundant/non-functional?

I'm perplexed since the LSL_All_Functions/Name is being edited manually for a while now and the generate page has become desynchronised.

I've tried to add missing functions into here but it doesn't seem like there is any point to keeping this page around anyway? Also isn't LSO index number sorta obsolete and only relevant for non-mono?
