My career in Second Life spans 2 years now. I launched Zanphoria Galleries & Studios shortly after beginning my second life. It began as a single gallery showing much of my stock imagery and has continued to grow.

I bring to Second Life a RL skill set ideal for marketing, PR, and event promotion. I am a freelance writer for many publications; my firm offers services in web and blog development, graphic design, public relations, promotion, ad work, conventional and net marketing.

I have now developed a track record and reputation for hosting very well attended events in the Arts & Culture scene in SL. I effectively utilize a combination of tools to promote these events. I have developed a contact / mailing list of patrons who I keep in personal touch with, and who look for my individualized announcements and invitations. Event turnout in Second Life is a fickle thing but the combination of a skilled promoter, an eye for detail, an ability to develop a sense of exclusivity, and personalized attention can mean success for Arts events. As a result of my efforts, many of my art/gallery events have been some of the most well attended in SL's art community.

My Work In Second Life:

Zanphoria Galleries & Studios Main Location - Avalon Art District - Zanphoria offers a regular catalog of work as well as hosting regular and onging exhibits of 2D and 3D artists across SL.

Zanphoria Studios offers art imaging to designers, builders, artists, and models primarily, and to the general public as well.

Zanphoria Gallery on the Water Avalon Art District - My second gallery location shows very little regular catalog as it is host to ongoing and concurrent exhibits of some of SL's most exciting artists.

Zanphoria Garden of Art AngelGate - My third location is a sky location above the inspiring AngelGate sim. This space will be wholly different in it's design and art presentation. It is currently under construction and expected to be completed by the end of October, 2009

AngelGate - As Director of AGIG, I manage all communications and the "voice" of AngelGate. I oversee and/or coordinate art exhibits, workshops, and performance based exhibits. I am directly responsible for marketing, advertising, PR, press contacts, and over-all promotion of exhibits and events. I manage the website development and copy.

Top of the Ark Gallery Untold Ark Galleries - The Untold Ark Galleries supports a large art community. I am responsible for overseeing all marketing and promotion. Additionally, I coordinate, curate, manage and promote the "Top of the Ark" exhibits. Top of the Ark is a large space and it exhibits up to a dozen artists. New exhibits are installed every 2-4 weeks.

Studio 33 Galleries - I selectively handle the coordination and promotion for some of the larger art openings at Monroe Snook's Studio 33 Gallery.
