Screenflow captures

1. Crop canvas size to 1024x768. You may need to have Snap to Front Window checked until you snap it to 1023x789. Then, uncheck that, zoom in a bit, and scale to the right dimensions.
2. Remove my own mic track.
3. Uncheck Show Mouse Pointer.
4. Export as 5000 kbps H.264 with 192 kbps stereo audio, AAC.

DID YOU REMEMBER TO DO THE FOLLOWING?

1. Move all errant titles/tips out of the way!
2. Make sure all pan keyframes are SMOOTH!
3. Disable resampling for every video clip!
4. Click the lighting bolt!
