• [15:07] Oskar Linden: the good news is that we got it fixed and deployed quickly

• [15:08] Faust Vollmar: I can think of worse goodnews/badnews combos, so yay. =p

• [15:08] Oskar Linden: the routine that would update those objects to be in the current file format was not getting run
• [15:08] Oskar Linden: so they would just go back to inventory

• [15:08] Oskar Linden: last Friday afternoon was kinda nuts
• [15:08] Oskar Linden: we were able to determine that there was no potnetial for content loss
• [15:09] Oskar Linden: so we decided not to do a grid wide rollback
• [15:09] Gooden Uggla: glad i was in LA getting hammered... errr.... on a business trip
• [15:09] Oskar Linden: monday simon got it fixed and tuesday we deployed the fixc
• [15:09] Oskar Linden: that meant that we could not deploy the code to the full grid on Tuesday though
• [15:09] Oskar Linden: so it kinda put things behind a little bit
• [15:10] Oskar Linden: it also means that https://jira.secondlife.com/browse/SVC-6556 will not be fully fixed

• [15:13] Oskar Linden: once that gets resolved it will get merged into the mesh branch and depoyed on those sims
• [15:14] Oskar Linden: group limits and compressed crossings cannot be tested this year either because of the bug that stopped us from shipping that code
• [15:14] Oskar Linden: so first week in January things will be getting busy
• [15:15] Oskar Linden: maestro did you have any thing new from prim encroachment?

• [15:16] Jonathan Yap: It is pretty easy to retrofit that new limit code to older viewers
• [15:16] Faust Vollmar: Script Limits aren't Oskar's area, have to wait for Kelly to come back, I think.

• [15:22] Oskar Linden: the goal this time will be to test things that currently work and make sure that they still do work
