Transcript of Commerce office hours:

  • [8:57] Oliver Szondi: also @Pink i recently posted a jira on getting xstreet terminals put in welcome areas. so new residents can embrase xstreet from the start
  • [8:57] Nock Forager: No 25:00
  • [8:57] Pink Linden: got it. thanks
  • [8:58] Pink Linden: yes Oliver, the topic today is indeed the new listing guidelines
  • [8:58] Pink Linden: if we don't have questions on that, we'll have open chat.
  • [8:58] Pink Linden: Morning Colossus
  • [8:58] Colossus Linden: Good morning Pink
  • [8:58] VonGklugelstein Alter: actually.. you gus should put a terminal in the orientation areas and teach all new people how to properly spend money and buy things in vendors and on kiosks
  • [8:59] Oliver Szondi: [1]
  • [8:59] Oliver Szondi: Shopping XStreetSL
  • Xstreetsl Terminal's should be installed around welcome areas
  • [8:59] Pink Linden: nods
  • [8:59] Pink Linden: morning Opensource
  • [8:59] Opensource Obscure: hello everybody
  • [9:00] Oliver Szondi: if you get them in at the start then they shall get the idea of avatar creation etc. :)
  • [9:00] Oliver Szondi: hey open
  • [9:00] Nock Forager: Hi OO.
  • [9:00] VonGklugelstein Alter: I am still wearing the jeans from Orientation Island from like almost 2 years ago
  • [9:01] Pink Linden: there's a team working on noob orientation as we speak
  • [9:01] VonGklugelstein Alter: because nobody tought me how to shop for new ones
  • [9:01] Oliver Szondi: interesting. so they arnt pulling the plug on the mentors?
  • [9:01] Pink Linden: fixing the new user experience started with a new website
  • [9:01] Meta Linden: VonG I hope they've seen a laundromat a few times since then!
  • [9:01] Pink Linden: heheh meta
  • [9:02] VonGklugelstein Alter: that is a critical area, because unless somebody is very outgoing and will just ask everybody how to do things, they will assume its not possible
  • [9:02] Pink Linden: nods
  • [9:02] Oliver Szondi: @Pink what will the new guidelines have?
  • [9:02] Pink Linden: VonG we know that new users have to find their way faster if they're to become your customers
  • [9:02] Oliver Szondi: and how will you sort out the 3rd party scripting from the stolen scripting. etc
  • [9:02] Pink Linden: well that's a good segue into the office hours topic Oliver
  • [9:02] Coffee Tray: 2: Have some freshly brewed coffee, Oliver Szondi!
  • [9:02] Pink Linden: so let's get started
  • [9:02] Coffee Mug:  : Mmmm, a rich, flavorful blend of choice arabica beans, Oliver Szondi!
  • [9:02] VonGklugelstein Alter: haha, not exactly necessary.
  • [9:03] Oliver Szondi: XD
  • [9:03] Pink Linden: hello Yoshi
  • [9:03] Yoshi Zhangsun: hi :)
  • [9:03] Pink Linden: topic this morning is the updated listing guidelines
  • [9:03] Pink Linden: one note: we cannot preapprove specific items or listings but other than that, the floor is open
  • [9:04] Pink Linden: Oliver had the first questions, I believe
  • [9:04] Pink Linden: Oliver, I believe you asked how we'd sort out scripts?
  • [9:04] Oliver Szondi: yeah :D
  • [9:05] Pink Linden: how we enforce is not something we can discuss publicly, because it's on an per item basis with the people involved.
  • [9:05] Pink Linden: rights owners should report
  • [9:06] Oliver Szondi: indeed. but saying you have sub-brands such as my company. how do you provide them.
  • [9:06] VonGklugelstein Alter: speaking of enforcement, is there a appeals process or at least the option for a dialog?
  • [9:06] Coffee Mug:  : That was satisfying, Oliver Szondi!
  • [9:06] Pink Linden: how do we provide what, Oliver?
  • [9:06] Pink Linden: VonG is next
  • [9:06] Oliver Szondi: and will there be a way (like meta-life) where you can display them
  • [9:07] Oliver Szondi: well i belive the guidelines said somthing about branding.
  • [9:07] Oliver Szondi: having to have the same brand within the marketplace page.
  • [9:07] Oliver Szondi: :D
  • [9:07] Pink Linden: If you are the rights owner of a brand, it's definitely acceptable to note that in your listing
  • [9:07] Pink Linden: it helps buyer confidence
  • [9:07] Pink Linden: (hello Alice and welcome!)
  • [9:07] Alice Mastroianni: Hello PInk :) Hello all
  • [9:07] Alice's translator: PInk Hello:) Hello all
  • [9:08] Yoshi Zhangsun: so for the fan themed stuff 'inspired by xxx' will be ok for listings?
  • [9:08] Pink Linden: (hello Giul)
  • [9:08] Giul Amat: Hey
  • [9:08] Giul Amat: (hello pink:) everyone)
  • [9:08] Giul Amat: Hell
  • [9:09] Giul Amat: (ops sorry)
  • [9:09] Alice Mastroianni: chat lag :(
  • [9:09] Alice's translator: chat lag: (
  • [9:09] Pink Linden: Yoshi that is specifically not allowed (the "inspired by" ) unless you are the rights owner of the item that is the inspiration
  • [9:09] Pink Linden: an item can be inspired by nature or by things in the public domain
  • [9:09] Yoshi Zhangsun: oh, that will have a huge effect on the community
  • [9:10] Pink Linden: but if for example, one says "inspired by Taser" that is not going to work
  • [9:10] Oliver Szondi:  :(
  • [9:10] VonGklugelstein Alter: specailly not Taser
  • [9:10] Oliver Szondi: is this going to affect only xstreet?
  • [9:10] Oliver Szondi: or the whole of sl?
  • [9:10] Yoshi Zhangsun: lol, will be making any efforts to post lists on companies which allow their names in virtual products? like coca cola etc?
  • [9:11] VonGklugelstein Alter: lmk when I can ask my question
  • [9:11] Pink Linden: These listing guidelines apply to xstreet but we may apply them to in world goods as necessary to protect the platform as a whole
  • [9:11] Pink Linden: Sorry VonG
  • [9:11] Alice Mastroianni: If I build the sport shoes and the name is Alice, but resemble Nike. What happens?
  • [9:11] Alice's translator: If I build the sport shoes and the name is Alice, but resemble Nike. What happens?
  • [9:11] Pink Linden: yes VonG you should go now
  • [9:11] VonGklugelstein Alter: ok.. thanks
  • [9:11] Oliver Szondi:  :(
  • [9:11] Pink Linden: Colossus Meta can you help me keep track of the question order?
  • [9:12] Colossus Linden: Yup
  • [9:12] Pink Linden: (morning Ann)
  • [9:12] VonGklugelstein Alter: my question was about enforcement and if there will be an appeals process or chance of dialog when working out details
  • [9:12] Colossus Linden: Alice, you'll be after VonG
  • [9:12] VonGklugelstein Alter: it appears that the rules will be mainly policed by other residents
  • [9:12] VonGklugelstein Alter: which can open up a huge can of worms
  • [9:12] Pink Linden: nods
  • [9:13] Pink Linden: VonG when you read the transcripts of the last two meetings, which we'll publish with this one shortly
  • [9:13] Oliver Szondi: @xstreet/SL with the new "Merchant" thing arriving shortly. if i Oliver Szondi had an alt JoyD. could i sell my items on JoyD as it has my permissions
  • [9:13] Pink Linden: you'll see that I am explicitly encouraging folks to focus on their goods and their intellectual property
  • [9:13] VonGklugelstein Alter: ok.
  • [9:13] Pink Linden: folks may report items that they "think" are an infringement but we will evaluate that
  • [9:14] Alice Mastroianni:  ;)
  • [9:14] Alice's translator:  ;)
  • [9:15] Pink Linden: it's not in our best interest to have infringing items OR to remove items that aren't infringing
  • [9:15] VonGklugelstein Alter: you might not have enough people on staff to manage that carnage lol
  • [9:15] Pink Linden: that's why there's a cost to sell on XStreet VonG
  • [9:15] Colossus Linden: Pink, are you ready for the next question?
  • [9:15] VonGklugelstein Alter: true
  • [9:15] Pink Linden: yes, Colossus, I think we can go to the next
  • [9:15] Colossus Linden: Alice asked the following: [9:11
  • [9:16] Alice Mastroianni: (bad english :()
  • [9:16] Alice's translator: (bad english: ()
  • [9:16] Alice's translator: sorry
  • [9:16] Alice Mastroianni: sorry
  • [9:16] Colossus Linden: Not a problem Alice
  • [9:16] Pink Linden: Alice, your English is fine!! if you think that you may be infringing on Nike's trademark you should remove your items.
  • [9:16] Pink Linden: we cannot pre approve items in advance.
  • [9:17] Pink Linden: Alice, do you understand this? making sure it translates.
  • [9:17] VonGklugelstein Alter: we can draw you a diagram lol
  • [9:17] Alice Mastroianni: si grazie
  • [9:17] Alice's translator: thank you
  • [9:17] Pink Linden: molte bene
  • [9:17] Alice Mastroianni: but
  • [9:17] Alice's translator: but
  • [9:18] Alice Mastroianni: But these are like sofas sofas brand image.
  • As you can see objects that have similar shapes?
  • [9:18] Alice's translator: But these are like sofas sofas brand image. As you can see objects that have similar shapes?
  • [9:18] Meta Linden: As far as I know, the Nike trademark is primarily around the swoosh logo
  • [9:18] Meta Linden: but I am not a trademark lawyer.
  • [9:18] Oliver Szondi: [2]
  • [9:19] Oliver Szondi: [3]
  • [9:19] Pink Linden: Meta, and all, the rights owner ultimately defines its position
  • [9:19] Pink Linden: and what we don't want people to do, is to remove the logo from a trademarked item and then sell it....a coke bottle is a good example even though they have given rights to it in Second Life.
  • [9:19] Ann Otoole: the design on the sole can be questionable. but like with what looks like converse hi tops it is not the shape it is the trademark and other possible lettering that migh be an issue assuming the IP/TM owner actually cares.
  • [9:20] Pink Linden: So, the coke bottle itself is still trademarked, even if you remove the coca-cola logo
  • [9:20] Oliver Szondi: Where can i register my IP/Copyright?
  • [9:20] Pink Linden: the US Patent and Trademark Office
  • [9:21] Pink Linden: New World Notes recently had an interview with a merchant who had done this, she said it cost her ~$1000 USD
  • [9:21] Meta Linden: copyrights with the US copyright office. [4]
  • [9:21] Pink Linden: Alice, does this answer your question?
  • [9:21] Oliver Szondi: heh. UK does it for 37.99
  • [9:22] Pink Linden: Hi Magggnnus
  • [9:22] Alice Mastroianni: yes pink ty
  • [9:22] Alice's translator: yes pink ty
  • [9:22] Alice Mastroianni: i have understand :)
  • [9:22] Alice's translator: i have understand:)
  • [9:22] Pink Linden: you are welcome, your english is much better than my Italian
  • [9:22] Colossus Linden: Has anyone hear registered their designs from Second Life?
  • [9:23] Alice Mastroianni: ahah i'll teach you :)
  • [9:23] Alice's translator: ahah I'll teach you:)
  • [9:23] Nock Forager: ZINGO may have it?
  • [9:23] Yoshi Zhangsun: no but i may do depending on how SL is cleared up ad protected with regards to IP rights
  • [9:23] Yoshi Zhangsun: right now its a bit of a mess and things are already appearing on OS grid and similar
  • [9:23] Yoshi Zhangsun: so it'd be wasted money
  • [9:24] Ann Otoole: when you go to register a copyright I recommend you consider registering all of your work as a single collection to save money and headaches.
  • [9:24] Pink Linden: are there more questions in the queue?
  • [9:24] Colossus Linden: Well, our policies aren't just about protecting RL brands Yoshi. We want to help all of our Second Life creators protect their brands as well
  • [9:24] VonGklugelstein Alter: registering as a collection DOES NOT protect the contents
  • [9:25] Yoshi Zhangsun: oh yeah i definitely like the path you're going, though i do think youre a little hard on the fan based stuff
  • [9:25] VonGklugelstein Alter: that is a common misconception
  • [9:25] Yoshi Zhangsun: im sure your ninja sword was based off something real
  • [9:25] Opensource Obscure: not a question but a topic: what about selling of products that use texture taken from movies or videogames?
  • [9:26] Ann Otoole: then why does a collection exist when it is explicitly stated by the library of congress the purpose of the collection is to save money and hassles of registering individual works? Or did the law change in the last few months?
  • [9:26] Pink Linden: Opensource, in each case, each seller must take the responsibility of deciding whether their item may be infringing
  • [9:26] Opensource Obscure: i see. difficult issue
  • [9:26] Opensource Obscure: could LL provide some insight/tip about that?
  • [9:27] Pink Linden: very much so
  • [9:27] Pink Linden: well, I'd encourage builders to put themselves in the shoes of the creator
  • [9:27] VonGklugelstein Alter: that is mainly designe for collections of works such as musical records etc , but each song has to be filed for seperately or they cannot be enforced, becasue as soon as the content of the collection changes its no longer protected
  • [9:28] Pink Linden: if you are taking money from someone, by confusing buyers or creating something that is not materially different, that's a a pretty good indication
  • [9:28] Giul Amat: maybe it's my fault, but the 'richer' vendors i've seen are about RL trademarked items without those trademark on SL
  • [9:28] Yoshi Zhangsun: so L$ are considered more real tender now?
  • [9:29] Colossus Linden: L$ are still stated to be a valueless token.
  • [9:29] Oliver Szondi: what we really need is a service that Linden Lab offers. to provide an inworld IP. and Copyirhgt.
  • [9:29] Giul Amat: i agree with oliver
  • [9:29] Colossus Linden: but, the idea that Pink stated is the same
  • [9:30] Pink Linden: Oliver, we're stating very directly that we're going to enforce real world laws in second life
  • [9:30] Pink Linden: there is precedent here
  • [9:30] Oliver Szondi: we need a service. that allows guidence for both us as merchants
  • [9:30] Oliver Szondi: and residents.
  • [9:30] Yoshi Zhangsun: that's a good thing if it's really enforced :)
  • [9:31] Alice Mastroianni: But American laws are not Italian ones, for example
  • [9:31] Alice's translator: But American laws are not Italian ones, for example
  • [9:31] Oliver Szondi: however it needs to be cost effective. so for example not 400 USD a month.
  • [9:31] Oliver Szondi: it needs to be resonable.
  • [9:31] Ann Otoole: I would love to have some sort of means for someone to prove they are a licensed distributor. If I paid for a license for something I know of that I could license for exclusive distribution in SL then I wish there was a means for that license to be sent to LL and LL provide me with some sort of symbol meaning it is authorized. to avoid the libel mart blog defamation scandals.
  • [9:31] Pink Linden: Oliver, let me explain why we cannot advise on the trademark or copyright
  • [9:31] Pink Linden: we are not a rights owner
  • [9:32] Oliver Szondi: indeed. sadly. we just need clear guidelines.
  • [9:32] Colossus Linden: We'll get right to your suggestion next Ann.
  • [9:33] Pink Linden: Oliver, the law in trademark is not clear, sadly
  • [9:33] Giul Amat: exactly
  • [9:34] Giul Amat: and it differs from one country to another
  • [9:34] Oliver Szondi:  :) we need somthing then within sl that allows a sort of virtual copyright for this world.
  • [9:34] Pink Linden: that's trule Giul.
  • [9:34] Pink Linden: Ann, let me address your question
  • [9:35] Pink Linden: Ann, yu should definitely note in your listings that you are a licensed distributor
  • [9:36] Oliver Szondi: when will "merchant" status start?
  • [9:36] Coffee Tray: 2: Have some freshly brewed coffee, Alice Mastroianni!
  • [9:37] Coffee Mug:  : Mmmm, a rich, flavorful blend of choice arabica beans, Alice Mastroianni!
  • [9:37] Pink Linden: Colossus were there questions in front of Oliver?
  • [9:37] Pink Linden: want to check before just jumping ahead
  • [9:38] Colossus Linden: No, I don't believe so
  • [9:38] Pink Linden: ok
  • [9:38] Pink Linden: Oliver what do you mean by "merchant" status?
  • [9:38] Colossus Linden: If I've missed anyone, please ping me and I'll get your question back in
  • [9:38] Pink Linden: (hello Ciaran, Pixies)
  • [9:38] Oliver Szondi: well i herd we might have to have payment info to become a merchant inside sl.
  • [9:38] Pink Linden: that is categorically false Oliver
  • [9:39] Oliver Szondi: locking down the merchant status would kill half the fun of building up a buisness.
  • [9:39] Meta Linden: you're a merchant if you sell stuff. No other criteria. :)
  • [9:39] Oliver Szondi: Thanks Punk
  • [9:39] Oliver Szondi: ops
  • [9:39] Oliver Szondi: Pink*
  • [9:39] Magggnnus Woodget: lol
  • [9:39] Oliver Szondi: ack
  • [9:39] Pink Linden: I like punk
  • [9:39] Nock Forager: lol
  • [9:39] Oliver Szondi: typo! XD
  • [9:39] Pink Linden: tell me how providing payment information would be a problem in the future though?
  • [9:39] Meta Linden: I get typo-named "Meat" all the time. Punk isn't bad.
  • [9:40] Pink Linden: there's a difference between charging for merchant status and asking for payment information to verify real world info
  • [9:40] Oliver Szondi: i saw somewhere in the forum it was being proposed.
  • [9:40] Pink Linden: For example, eBay does this to protect the marketplaces from fraud.
  • [9:40] Ann Otoole: isn't Meat Linden a target in sandboxes/
  • [9:40] Coffee Mug:  : That was satisfying, Alice Mastroianni!
  • [9:40] Ann Otoole: Oliver must be talking about the future program
  • [9:41] Ann Otoole: the one that wasn't exactly claerly articulated leading to a million rumors
  • [9:41] Pink Linden: the seller registry is an early idea
  • [9:41] Ciaran Laval: ebay money gets cashed out largely, if a merchant here is doing well they're be doing the same so payment info won't be objectionable except for the silly issue of alts
  • [9:41] Pink Linden: let's make sure we've answered all questions on the policy before we move to that
  • [9:42] Oliver Szondi: sounds good.
  • [9:42] Alice Mastroianni: I have some questions, but I'm not really connected to the topic. I wrote to Pink in IM
  • [9:42] Alice's translator: I have some questions, but I'm not really connected to the topic. I wrote to Pink in IM
  • [9:42] Pink Linden: are there any more questions on the updated listing guidelines
  • [9:42] Pink Linden: (hello Argus!)
  • [9:42] Pink Linden: hello Giorno
  • [9:42] Argus Collingwood: (hi Pink)
  • [9:42] Oliver Szondi: with policy connected. if i made a vendor could hippotech (a rival to my vendor) simply report it?
  • [9:42] Yoshi Zhangsun: will you be taking a more proactive approach to the likes of tvs and radios playingcopied streamed content? ive been burnt by that before and was told forget about the avatar chase the webhost
  • [9:43] Giorno Brando: (Hello)
  • [9:43] Pink Linden: if your lsiting is in violation of the listing guidelines, anyone can report it
  • [9:43] Alice Mastroianni: OK Yoshi ty
  • [9:43] Alice's translator: OK Yoshi ty
  • [9:44] VonGklugelstein Alter: there are some holes in the listing guidelines and some rather vague clauses
  • [9:44] Ann Otoole: dj streams, etc: It is the responsibility of the venue to purchase a license. If interested IM me and i'll send the url to the info.
  • [9:44] Oliver Szondi: so basicly anyone bigger can just report all the smaller companys.
  • [9:44] Pink Linden: Oliver, if the listing isn't inviolation we're not going to take it down
  • [9:44] Oliver Szondi: or visa versa
  • [9:44] Colossus Linden: So, we've got Yoshi, followed by VonGklugelstein
  • [9:44] Oliver Szondi: Ok
  • [9:45] Pink Linden: it's not in the best interests of second life to remove listings that aren't in violation
  • [9:45] Pink Linden: a lot of this stuf will happen on a case by case basis
  • [9:45] Colossus Linden: Thanks Ann for offering up that information and help.
  • [9:46] Pink Linden: Yoshi, did you have a question?
  • [9:46] Colossus Linden: [9:42
  • [9:46] Pink Linden: ah yes, right now this discussion is about listing guidelines
  • [9:47] Pink Linden: so this topic is outside the discussion. Sounds like Ann has some good advice and you should talk with her
  • [9:47] Yoshi Zhangsun: ok well it was listed on xstreet
  • [9:47] Yoshi Zhangsun: but you guys were merely the tool for the content to be streamed
  • [9:47] Pink Linden: VonG, what was your question?
  • [9:48] Yoshi Zhangsun: i closed the company as you couldnt do much to protect my content
  • [9:48] Pink Linden: Yoshi stay after and let's talk
  • [9:48] VonGklugelstein Alter: ok my questions was about tos .. Item Spam.. and uncompetitive behaviour
  • [9:48] Pink Linden: say more please....
  • [9:49] VonGklugelstein Alter: is item spam even a factor in the guidelines?
  • [9:49] Pink Linden: what do you mean by item spam?
  • [9:49] VonGklugelstein Alter: somebody flooding the marketplace with descriptionless items
  • [9:49] VonGklugelstein Alter: as an excample
  • [9:50] Pink Linden: Let me review what we put up about item spam in the guideliens
  • [9:50] Pink Linden: brb
  • [9:51] Colossus Linden: While Pink is reviewing that, I'd love to get a quick +1/-1 to see if people are happy to see the listing guidelines and the way we're going.
  • [9:51] Britney Spears: - Circus ( Club Remix ) whispers: Playing...
  • [9:51] Alice Mastroianni: pink sorry
  • [9:51] Alice's translator: sorry pink
  • [9:51] VonGklugelstein Alter: using the wrong keywords to manipulate search ranking is similar to listing 5000 items
  • [9:51] Oliver Szondi: -1
  • [9:51] Alice Mastroianni: but for example this object, that song britney spears it's okei?
  • [9:51] Alice's translator: but for example this object, that song it's Britney Spears okei?
  • [9:52] Pink Linden: keyword spam vong is definitely not allowed
  • [9:52] Yoshi Zhangsun: yep sounds positive to me, the market place will sure empty out without gestures, fan based items, fashion inspired stuff. interesting changes ahead
  • [9:52] Ciaran Laval: Keyword spam is a violation though
  • [9:52] Ciaran Laval: oops Pink got there first
  • [9:52] Ann Otoole: Britney is aggressive on enforcement.
  • [9:52] Pink Linden: LOL
  • [9:52] Pink Linden: dances
  • [9:52] Alice Mastroianni: lol
  • [9:52] Alice's translator: lol
  • [9:52] Pink Linden: what else can you do when britney's on
  • [9:52] Ann Otoole: lady gaga is more aggressive
  • [9:52] Pink Linden: LOL
  • [9:52] Alice Mastroianni:  :)
  • [9:52] Alice's translator:  :)
  • [9:52] Yoshi Zhangsun: hahah
  • [9:53] Pink Linden: VonG, I don't know the answer to your question but I will get back to you and the group on it
  • [9:53] Pink Linden: it's a good question!
  • [9:53] VonGklugelstein Alter: correct, but flooding a search category with completely empty description less listings should also be looked at
  • [9:53] Pink Linden: you win "stump the Linden"
  • [9:53] Alice Mastroianni: ok ok , ut this subject is against the rules of copyright?
  • [9:53] Alice's translator: ok ok, ut this subject is against the rules of copyright?
  • [9:53] VonGklugelstein Alter: thanks
  • [9:53] Yoshi Zhangsun: so will there be any exceptions made as halloween is near for all those fun movie-themed avis?
  • [9:54] Pink Linden: ok we have about 5 mins left
  • [9:54] VonGklugelstein Alter: time flies when you are having fun
  • [9:54] Pink Linden: The short answer is no Yoshi
  • [9:54] Spencer Dharnen: darn....i just arrived.
  • [9:54] Pink Linden: hi Spencer
  • [9:55] Spencer Dharnen: what is the topic of this meeting?
  • [9:55] Argus Collingwood: Listing Guidelines
  • [9:55] Pink Linden: we are discussion the updated listing guidelines on xstreet sl
  • [9:55] Nock Forager: ah Do you mind if I add this meeting schedule to official wiki office hour calendar?
  • [9:55] VonGklugelstein Alter: keyword spam, I made an earlier cooment that this could be the result of Item Template Managment
  • [9:56] Oliver Szondi: Pink would you mind inviting me to the merchant inworld group?
  • [9:56] Oliver Szondi: Thanks
  • [9:56] Pink Linden: Alice to answer your question
  • [9:56] Spencer Dharnen: and given that i have no idea what most of the words in that sentence means.....i wont have anything to contribute :-)
  • [9:56] Pink Linden: 1. If the seller of the item thinks it violates trademark or copyright they should not post it
  • [9:56] Ann Otoole: what in world merchant group?
  • [9:56] Pink Linden: 2. If someone else in the community thinks it puts the marketplace at risk, they should report it
  • [9:56] Nock Forager: (I had some time to find out where and when this meeting on.)
  • [9:56] Pink Linden: Second Life Commerce Merchants Ann
  • [9:57] Pink Linden: thanks for making a plug, we have an open enrollement group
