Help Island (slurl) is where all New Residents arrive from Orientation Island. There are building and scripting tutorials and information kiosks and live volunteers who are willing to help other residents learn anything they want to know about Second Life.
Note, there are many Help Islands all of which are only accessible to new resident and helpers. Help Island Public is accessible to all residents.
