listens for voice and converts to text. Like llListen it can filter speech from a specified avatar/object or can listen for all chat in range if these are null values. The converted text is send to the listen event on channel LISTEN_VOICE2TEXT. The return value can be used in llSpeech2TextRemove (compare llListenRemove).
Returns an integer handle for llSpeech2TextRemove
