Projekt: Mentor Linguisten Scripter Übersetzungs Projekt
Second Life ist eine internationale Plattform und Volunteers (Freiwillige) benötigen klare, in alle Sprachen übersetzte Informationen! In diesem Projekt sollen Unterseiten zu den existierenden englischen Seiten in allen Sprachen entstehen. Das verwendete Sprach Template erzeugt automatisch Links oben auf jeder Seite, so wie man es auch hier oben auf der Projekt Seite sieht. Language Template Information
Mentor Linguisten/Skripter können an diesem Projekt teilnehmen, indem sie sich aus der, auf der englischen Seite "Suggested Pages to Translate" aufgeführten Liste, eine Wiki Page aussuchen und in eine Sprache übersetzen, die sie fliessend sprechen. Diese Vorschlagsliste wird regelmässig mit neuen Seitenvorschlägen ergänzt.
Second Life Mentor Linguisten die nicht mit Wiki vertraut sind, können einen Scripter aus der folgenden Liste kontaktieren, um Hilfe beim einstellen der neu übersetzten Seite ins Wiki zu bekommen.
Second Life Mentor Scripter sind herzlich aufgefordert, beim Übersetzen zu helfen und gegebenenfalls ihren Namen in der unten aufgeführten Liste einzufügen, wenn sie bereit sind, Linguisten bei der Benutzung der Wiki für dieses Projekt zu helfen.

SubPage (Unterseiten) Hilfe
- Wenn Du Deine Hilfe in der Liste zum Erstellen einer Unterseite angeboten hast und eine Anfrage bekommst: Markiere bitte die Sprachzeile (language line) dieser neuen Unterseite, nachdem Du sie erstellt hast mit "Empty Subpage ready for "requesters name" und informiere die anfragende Person.
- Wenn Du eine Seite übersetzt und Hilfe beim Erstellen einer Unterseite (SubPage) benötigst: Kontaktiere bitte eine der Personen in der oben angeführten Liste. Teile dieser Person mit, welche Seite und welche Sprache Du erstellen willst. Wenn Du informiert wirst, dass die Seite bereit steht, tippe den Seitennamen mit dem /Sprachcode dahinter in das Suchfeld ein und starte die Suche. Gebe deine Übersetzung in das Edit-Fenster ein und speichere sie ab.
Schritt - für - Schritt Anleitung zum Erstellen einer Übersetzungsseite:
- Logge Dich mit deinem Second Life Namen und Passwort in die Wiki ein https://wiki.secondlife.com
- Suche Dir eine Seite aus der Vorschlagsliste aus. (Versichere Dich, dass nicht schon jemand anders die Übersetzung in diese Sprache vornimmt).
- Klicke das Wort Edit neben dem Titel "Suggested Pages to Translate" an.
- Gebe deine Daten neben der Sprache deiner Wahl ein
- Beispiel: Deutsch: Nov 21 2007, Lexie Linden, In Progress.
- Klicke "Show preview" an. Wenn Dir die Vorauswahl gefällt, klicke "Save page" zum abspeichern
- Klicke auf den Link zu der Seite, die Du übersetzen willst. Klicke auf der Seite den "Edit" Tab. Tippe die 14 folgenden Zeichen, genauso wie folgend am Beginn der Zeile ein {{Multi-lang}} Füge anschliessend eine Leerzeile ein, wenn diese nicht schon vorhanden ist.
- Kopiere jetzt alles auf der zu editierenden Seite, ausser den Tags am Ende der Seite. Diese Tags haben einige Klammern um die Worte. Klicke "Save page".
- Gebe im Suchfeld auf der linken Seite der Wiki Page den exakten Namen der gewünschten Seite ein und füge /languagecode mit dem jeweiligen Code ein. Auf diese Weise erstellst Du eine Sprach-Unterseite. Beispiel: Tao of Volunteers/fr dann auf Go klicken.

- Klicke den roten Link am Kopf der Seite, der Dir den neuen Namen Deiner Seite anzeigt.
- Du bist jetzt auf dem Edit-Screen Deiner Übersetzungsseite. Füge die englische Version der Seite, die Du vorher kopiert hast hier ein. Nutze die gleiche Wiki-Syntax, die auch auf der englischen Seite benutzt wird, damit fettgedrucktes , kursives und anderes auch hier so dargestellt wird.
- Übersetze den Text und lasse dabei die Wiki Syntax intakt. Füge bitte keine weiteren Informationen zu. Englische und übersetzte Seite sollen gleich sein. (Falls Du den englischen Text während dem Übersetzen noch nicht entfernt hast, entferne den gesamten englischen Text, den Du in Deine Unterseite kopiert hast, nachdem Du Deine Übersetzung geschrieben hast)
- Klicke Show Preview am Ende der Seite um Dir eine Voransicht Deiner Übersetzung anzusehen,bist du zufrieden, klicke "Save Page", bist Du es nicht, editiere weiter.
- Kehre zur englischen Projekt Seite zurück, und aktualisiere Deine eingegebenen Daten in der Übersetzungsliste. Ändere bitte das Ursprungsdatum in das aktuelle Datum und "in Progress" in das Wort "Done". Markiere die "This is a minor edit" Box und klicke Save Page.
