How To File Issues Against the Open Grid Public Beta

Note: This Document Presumes familiarity with the Public JIRA (PJIRA).

Check To See If The Issue Has Already Been Filed

There is an umbrella issue, SVC-2632, for all Open Grid Public Beta Issues. Please check in there to see if the issue has already been filed. Please, do not create duplicate issues.

To File Issues Against the Viewer

  1. Open a new Issue under the VWR project.
  2. Select the Interop Component.
  3. Enter information on the issue.
  4. Use the words "OGP beta" in the summary.

If you are creating this issue to track a bug in a third party project:

  • Under advanced, enter the URL of the issue in the other project's bug tracking system. Do not enter a Linden Lab internal JIRA.

To File Issues Against the Agent Domain

  1. Open a new Issue under the SVC project.
  2. Select the Interop - Agent Domain component
  3. Enter information on the issue.
  4. Use the words "OGP beta" in the summary.

If you are creating this issue to track a bug in a third party project:
