Leviathan is a simulator in the teen grid. Leviathan has parcel for rent, and is mainly a "city sim", much like Hyperion or Loki.

About

Leviathan was a new sim to TSL back in December 2006. It was put up for service on Decemeber 15, 2006. It is run by Puck Rinkitink. It is run on a new idea of having more than half the land for rent to the customers. So instead of the owner owning almost all the land the renters own it all making it sort of like a city sim. Leviathan also features the lowest priced land for rent of any private island.

Priced from 2.0L$/m2 and ranging in size from 512sqm up to huge 4096sqm.

Availability

Parcels in Leviathan are rarely available, which is why they are taken the day/the week they're available.

Performance

Leviathan is performing 45FPS on up to 20 agents, when over 20, it ranges from approx. 32-40FPS. Prims are a bad issue on this simulator - prim shortages occur daily/every 2 days. Some residents claim the Furry Plateu is the main cause for the prim shortages, although others say it is User:Alex Harbinger.
