Should this URL be in the protocol? Shouldn't this more likely be in some extra document describing the Second Life implementation?
I personally also want to experiment with using XRDS here, so you can enter http://secondlife.com in your client and it will find this URL automatically (and other services like the preferred or trusted IM services etc.)
