This article shows the different Tickets Types is now offering the Support Team through the Support Portal.
You can file a Case:
- Clicking Trouble Loggin In if you cannot loggin in Second Life.
- Or clicking "New Ticket Submission" (it requires you to be logged in at the Support Portal first).
