# Any updates on SVC-6917 & SVC-6760 & the 499/caps failures? Monty, why does this happen to only a few users, and why does it happen so much for them? - Any updates on SVC-6917 & SVC-6760 & the 499/caps failures? Monty, why does this happen to only a few users, and why does it happen so much for them?
