Background colour for the {{Prettytable}} header row, {{Hl2}}.
It has been #A7C1F2 since time immemorial; however, with Linden Lab's decision to change the Second Life logo to blue (as opposed to green), this was changed to #00BFFF instead.
Feel free to revert it if you hate the current colour!
