IO at Burning Life 08

Dizzy was chosen for one of the juried artist plots at Burning Life 08, for which he created an immersive interactive ride like installation called IO. The installation teleported residents high above the playa, up into a ethereal heavenly mothership space, from which they could take a capsule ride way up to over 1000m through a giant glowing nebula. The build, whilst occupying over 600m of total height used no megaprims. It featured physics scripting by Chase Marellan. IO was also set to a haunting score comissioned by the piano and singing saw duet Alpha Walker and David Weiss, which Dizzy composed specifically for the installation. The movement of the capsules was timed to synchronise with the evolition of the music.

Musical Sound design for SCDA Estates

Dizzy provided sound design for a series of interactive vendors for this, Scope Cleaver Design's rental estate in Second Life.
