Projector level
Now I can show you how to create a spotlight in a mere 60sec.
First of all, please watch Torley Linden's video tutorial

You can modify this spotlight effect by adding additional prims in front of the light beam.
Red projector The prim in front of the projector has a garden fence texture
Yellow projector A prim with a whole is placed in front of the project to enhance the spotlight effect.
Green projector Has been modified with a simple prim in front of it.
Magenta projector Even triangular shape prims are possible. Even an avatar.
Look out for the box which you can buy for 0 Linden. Inside you will find links, tutorials a trial object to test-drive this spotlight effect. Also you will find 3 trial textures for materials. Give it a try!
