I am from Germany and born to SL on Jan 13, 2007. I spent nearly two weeks on OI and HI cause I was so afraid of missing something important before getting to the "REAL STUFF". The basics I got there were good, but I learned the most by interacting with others inworld.
I am from Germany, speaking german, english and french. All good enough to do the basic translation stuff and help avoiding babbler confusion.
After a lot of time spent with content creation, socializing, helpless trials to script, shopping, laughing on babbler translations and  trying this and that, a friend convinced me to join the Mentors. One of the best things I ever decided to do. The mentors offer me so much more possibilties to learn about SL and to share my knowledge with others.

Pushed by another friend I became an Orientation coach, offering german Orientation Sessions for Apprentice Mentors.
I love to mentor and I am very thankful to all the people that pshed me into it. You can find me doing Orientation session in german, mentoring on some of the OI or wherever needed. Always feel free to ask for help, I am good with the UI and got more than the basics in building and texturing but better refrain from asking me for any script-related stuff.

If you still feel confused with all the mentor related stuff or want to fresh up your mentor knowledge pass by by one of my orientation session, or if not comfortable with german, just IM me.
