Rainbow specializes in event/project co-ordination, instructional design, education, writing, web site design, administration and team leadership.
Rainbow has developed teaching materials and methodologies and provided instruction in many areas, both within Second Life and elsewhere. She has developed instructional materials & classes on such Second Life skills as:

- creation & use of animations
- dealing effectively with "griefers"

- setting up & using integrated voice chat
- water effects (scripting, texturing & building water in Second Life)
