shadowing to groups of new apprentices, to show the effectiveness of | |||
working as a team and some of the common pitfalls that you might encounter. | |||
Key is to see that you have understood the orientation and take on key | |||
issues that exist. Please do not request shadowing directly after your | |||
orientation... you need to absorb what is said their first! | |||
