I've had to go through and fix a few of your template changes, you removed the function parameters by accident. Hi- just wondering if you could take a peak at [[Template:HCalendar event/Office Hours]]- I'm not exactly familiar with the time parsing functions, but basically it seems that the template is displaying times in UTC- ISO timestamps are meant to be displayed in UTC, but my understanding is that the <nowiki>{{#time}}</nowiki> function is a wiki-code version of PHP's date() function, which suggests that the SL Wiki has it's timezone set incorrectly.

I think I'd like to use the same copyright violation deletion policy as Wikipedia (see "Article?" box). I'll wait for a request from the copyright holder to purge it from the history, but reverting the change should be fine for now -- Rob Linden 23:39, 20 February 2007 (PST)

Template changes

I've had to go through and fix a few of your template changes, you removed the function parameters by accident. On a sidenote, it's not worth it to include the unused function parameter variables (though having the description variables for the used variables would be useful). I included the whole template, because that collation problem on some of the articles still sorting under L seems to be due to not having all the fields on them. Gigs Taggart 08:41, 23 February 2007 (PST)
I don't think thats the reason and if it is, then it is a bug in MediaWiki. Just editing a page that is miss-sorted seems to move the bugged sort order around. It is a very strange situation indeed. I've double checked the category templates in question and validated the value fed as the sort order (you can find it in a hidden field in the page). It is a bug in MediaWiki. Penis comment?

I must have forgotten this - what was the context for the penises comment on my talk page? Celierra Darling 22:34, 25 June 2007 (PDT)

assistance on a wiki template

Hi- just wondering if you could take a peak at Template:HCalendar event/Office Hours- I'm not exactly familiar with the time parsing functions, but basically it seems that the template is displaying times in UTC- ISO timestamps are meant to be displayed in UTC, but my understanding is that the {{#time}} function is a wiki-code version of PHP's date() function, which suggests that the SL Wiki has it's timezone set incorrectly.
