Attendees: Astarte Artaut Bob Bunderfeld Dimitro Lewis Igraine McMillan Jessica Holyoke Laetizia Coronet Lufpleh Obstreperous Robin Linden Saitainai Kuhn Scope Cleaver Shaun Altman Sponontaneous Radio Squirrel Wood

1. Bug Reports General discussion about bug reporting, and There is some frustration by residents that we need to repro a bug in order to fix it. Rob Linden suggested attending Bug Triage on Mondays @ 3:00P.

2. Ad Banning Laetizia asked Robin if there was to be a discussion of an ad banning problem offline, and why.

3. Misbehavior Robin mentioned that you can remove people from a group (or ban them from your land) if they are misbehaving. It's hard to id griefers since they use multiple alts. Robin said that it's pretty hard to check alts (and even checking IP addresses wasn't fool proof). There was also a discussion about policing, and that average residents (non-police) could also report bad behavior as well.

There was also some discussion regarding regulations around gaming and movie rentals. Is LL more liable than Google might be if someone hosts a movie on a private server and uses SL as the distribution channel. And ‘going after’ some (but not all) infringements. “Report it to Google and see how quickly it gets removed. Report it to LL and see how it never goes away.”

Questions and Action Items: 1. Feedback re: bug repros and there is some concern from residents that LL can

take SOME action without being able to repro the bug.

2. Laetizia Coronet: it is still illegal to have only free accounts? 3. Wyn Galbraith: The second one I created I must have missed the question about

associating it with this avatar, which is my main one. Is that a violation of TOS?

4. Wyn Galbraith: Actual it's the third one that's a free account since I didn't see the

question about associating it with a premium account. Yes, Robin.
Robin responds, “Did you create a basic account Wyn? You should have been
asked to pay $9.95 for the 2nd and 3rd accounts.”

5. Spontaneous Radio asks, “What ever happened to ESTATE LEVEL GOVERNANCE?”

6. Robin to try Search with mature content ticked off, for the F-word, per Laetizia’s

   request

7. Robin’s take is that there is some anger out there, and a good deal of

misunderstanding regarding some of the actions LL has taken, and figure
   out how to address that.
