Why was this deleted?

One might assume that the reason for deletion was because there is no 'pie menu' on the Official Second Life Viewer any longer (at least, as a type this in 2023), but consider the following:

  1. Almost all officially-approved Third-Party SL Viewers still use the pie menu (and it's often set by default, because people love it!);
  2. 'Old' features that disappear from the Official SL Viewer but remain on the Third-Party SL Viewers because they are so popular tend to come back, even if not in precisely the same way; look at how the 'old-style' in-world Profile page was re-introduced after a hiatus of several years, simply because the built-in browser is painfully slow to render anything (even basic things), and, well, people complained that they had so many more options in the 'old' Profiles.

Who knows — maybe the pie menu will make a come-back as well, and then this page will be useful again; while currently it would be still useful for existing Third-Party SL Viewers...
