- The land owners color overlay should appear when you enter Edit Terrain mode.
- Double clicking a parcel while you're in Edit Terrain mode will select the entire parcel.
- The land owners color overlay should disappear when you exit Edit Terrain mode.
- The yellow selection fence should disappear when you exit Edit Terrain mode.
