The Public Issue Tracker requires that you be logged in before you can create new issues or edit existing issues. To log into the Public Issue Tracker:
- Visit https://jira.secondlife.com and click the 'Log In' link on the top right of the page
- On the login page enter your SecondLife Username and Password.
- The main Jira page loads again, but it has more options- Create Issue, a link to edit your profile, and some pre-defined search filters.
