- "This region is offline."
- "The simulator is offline."
- "Region not available."
- "We've got a sim down!"
No matter how you put it, it's the same thing: Sometimes entropy gets the best of us, and a region will go offline, rendering it inaccessible. The reasons for such a thing happening could unfortunately be many and various, but they're not quite as important as letting us know when it happens!
Note: Remember to check the Status Blog -- we might already be aware of the issue, in which case we're working to fix it. |
To report a region being offline, please submit a support ticket. Both Basic and Premium account holders can submit tickets for this particular problem:
- Premium users: Select Land and Region Issues from the Ticket Type dropdown and Region is down from Region Request. Fill out all other fields accordingly, including these helpful details:
- ** The region's name
- The time (it helps if it's in 24-hour format, Pacific Standard Time)
- Anything unusual you may have observed before the region went offline
- Residents with a Premium account can also start a Live Chat session through the Support Portal.
- Basic users should select Special Questions- Basic account or Guest Login from the Ticket Type dropdown and Region is down from the dropdown below. A ticket of any other type will be ignored.
