Many Lindens use inworld office hours to engage Residents in open discussion about interesting issues. Office hours are the perfect time for you to come "meet the Lindens" and chat about hot topics in Second Life; we set aside this time just to talk with you!

Tip: Tip: Many Lindens who hold office hours do not work for our customer support team. If you need inworld help or technical support, your most effective options are to search the Knowledge Base, or submit a trouble ticket via our Support Portal.

How can I find an office hour to attend?

Each Linden has a unique job and presentation style at Linden Lab, so you may want to browse the office hours page on the Second Life Wiki to find Lindens who talk about subjects you find important. Some Lindens also list their office hour information in their profiles! Geographically, most office hours are held in or near Linden Village, an area of Linden-owned office spaces adjacent to the Waterhead InfoHub.
