Linden Lab Official:When I log into Second Life, it gets to "Waiting for Region Handshake" and stops.

The login state "Waiting for Region Handshake" is reached when the Second Life client sends its first UDP packet to the server and waits for an acknowledgement. If no acknowledgement is received, the login process stops here.
