A harder way of doing it: Right-click yourself and select '''Appearance'''. See how it goes away temporarily? We want to make it disappear for good. Usually, clicking on '''Shape > Body''' and adjusting your '''Height''' to something different, then clicking '''Save All''' and '''Close''' will work. If that didn't work, try selecting a more specific tab, like '''Body Parts''' or '''Clothes''', and doing the same. For example, if you have lines all over your legs, try changing a '''Pants''' slider and saving.
