History/Noteworthy Changes S20: 


Build 1: First Viewer 2.0 Based Version ( Blocked feature renders avatar invisible ) , Added deferred render options to floater Hardware, Minor Tweaks.

Build 2: Quick Interim Fix for avatar Eyes to render, extended chat bar

Build 3: Proper Fix to chat bar, Added Code to Bottom Tray to cope with new XML to add properly formatted buttons, Changes to Prefs Graphics, Added Camera smoothing
           Semi Transparent Viewer, Added Build to context menu, Added and fixed menu for Grid status and XStreet. About Land Button added To location bar.
