"Out of Scope Items"

If the items in this revision are "out of scope", then where in the heck should they be? The Viewer Evolution User Group just disappeared all of a sudden with no warning or explanation on the page, so where are those issues meant to go? Why were the issues listed "out of scope"? Communication please, what's going on?

They are out of scope because this meeting is about ongoing open source contributions, and only one issue from your list fit that criteria (and I left that one on the page, though there is no immediate news on it). Should a developer contribute something that addresses one of the issues you copied, it would be in scope for my open development meetings. Oz Linden 10:04, 26 September 2011 (PDT)

I understand that, but if the Viewer Evolution User Group has been rolled into the Open Development group as it seems, then where do new issues such as the rest actually go? I wasn't aware that the Viewer Evolution group was even disappearing until suddenly the wiki page became a redirect. Can you actually tell us what's going on, I just want to know how those other issues can actually be discussed. Sorry if it's all nothing to do with you but this is where the page now directs; the poor users never seem to get any warning or proposed recourse when these things happen =(

Please could you tell us with whom and how we should raise these items now Oz? (Hitomi Tiponi 10:13, 26 September 2011 (PDT))
