This build contains some bug fixes:
- MAINT-3745 some sliders moved the right pec collision volume incorrectly
- MAINT-6491 switch from female to male shape caused wings to move incorrectly
- MAINT-6484 avatar jumping up or down on blink (among other possible triggers)
- SL-390 typo in LSL attachment name
- SL-220 better rendering of skinned mesh vertices with no weight information supplied.
