Founder of Virgin Isle Marina, SL's largest luxury yacht and boat marina.

Partner with Belle Bartlett in the four sim Bartlett & Nielsen store. The store features high end furniture, beds (over 100 displayed), kitchen, bath, hot tubs, prefab houses, pool tables, skybox holodecks and more.
