| Name | Shows the parcel name. If you own the parcel, or if you have appropriate rights within a group that owns the parcel, you may edit this field. |
| Description | Shows the parcel's description. If you own the parcel, or if you have appropriate rights within a group that owns the parcel, you may edit this field. |
| Type | Shows the type of region the parcel is located on. |
| Rating | Shows the maturity rating for the region the parcel is on. |
| Owner | Shows the name of the parcel owner. Click the owner name for a brief description of the parcel owner, then click 'More to open the owner's Profile in the Sidebar. |
| Group | Shows the name of the group to which the parcel is set. |
| Set | Sets a new group for the parcel. |
| Allow Deed to Group | Allows the owner of this parcel to give ownership to its active group. |
| Owner Makes Contribution with Deed | Confirms that the owner of this parcel wishes to give ownership of the parcel to its active group. |
| Deed | Passes ownership of this parcel to its current group. |
| For Sale | Indicates whether the land is for sale and includes sale information. If you own the parcel, you can sell the land by clicking Sell Land. |
| Claimed | Shows the date upon which the current owner took possession of the parcel. |
| Area | Shows the parcel size in m2. |
| Traffic | An abstract representation of the amount of time Residents have spent on your land in the past day. See What is traffic and what role does it play in search rankings?. |
| Script Info | Opens Script Information window. |
| Buy Land | Enabled when land is set for sale. Click to purchase the parcel of land for yourself. |
| Buy Pass | If the parcel is set for access via Pass, click this button to buy an access pass. You can enter the land for the amount of time for which the pass is good. |
| Abandon Land | Enabled for land that you own or, if group-owned, when you have the group ability to sell land. Click to open Sell Land. |
| Buy For Group | Purchse the land for your current active group. |
