Sound volume

Have you made sure your computer is able to play sound? Are your speakers turned on and sound volume turned up?


Audio & Video preferences

  1. Go to Edit > Preferences
  2. Click the Audio & Video tab
  3. Turn on Play Streaming Music When Available
  4. Click OK

Music controller

  2. Click the Play button
  3. Change the music's volume by clicking the "up" arrow next to the master volume slider to reveal the volume control panel. Change the Music volume slider to change onlythe volume of streaming audio.

Increase Maximum Bandwidth

  1. Go to Edit menu > Preferences
  2. Click the Network tab
  3. Slide the Maximum Bandwidth slider to the right
  4. Click OK
  5. Click the Play button on the music controller

Music is still not playing!

  3. Click the Media tab
  4. Enter a new Music URL
  5. Press Enter
