I can't help thinking that the use of the word "anniversary" is inappropriate as used here. An anniversary after all is a yearly event (not monthly). Also the excessive use of month/monthly is notable (and a bit weird). Perhaps: "A charge of US$295 per month in land fees: Every (and on the same day each) month, you are billed in advance of use of the Private Region." might be (a bit) better? -- Fred Gandt <small>(talk|contribs)</small> 02:16, 8 September 2010 (UTC)

:P.S. Although Wikipedia suggest "mensiversary" for monthly recurrences, I wouldn't. That would just be confusing. A university tutor once marked one of my English language essays down due to my use of the word "percutient" (instead of "percussive") to describe the feel of a writers prose. He admitted when I question his decision that he marked me down because (I paraphrase) he "...had to look it up...". Sometimes using the correct language doesn't help ;-)  -- Fred Gandt <small>(talk|contribs)</small> 02:30, 8 September 2010 (UTC)

Poor Grammar

I can't help thinking that the use of the word "anniversary" is inappropriate as used here. An anniversary after all is a yearly event (not monthly). Also the excessive use of month/monthly is notable (and a bit weird). Perhaps: "A charge of US$295 per month in land fees: Every (and on the same day each) month, you are billed in advance of use of the Private Region." might be (a bit) better? -- Fred Gandt (talk|contribs) 02:16, 8 September 2010 (UTC)

P.S. Sometimes using the correct language doesn't help ;-) -- Fred Gandt (talk|contribs) 02:30, 8 September 2010 (UTC)
