# Any updates on SVC-6917 & SVC-6760 & the 499/caps failures? Monty, why does this happen to only a few users, and why does it happen so much for them? The issue does not fallow accounts nor hardware, only thing that seems to effect it is using a different wan connection (to change the route to LL's hosts) seems to make some sort of difference. --[[User:Kadah Coba|Kadah Coba]] 12:27, 31 May 2011 (PDT)

[12:29]  Josh (joshua.linden): still in progress, still high priority
[12:30]  Josh (joshua.linden): re: caps - It's entirely on our servers; it affects hosts, and is intermittent even when a host has "gone bad".
