I have no idea if any Linden popped by and fixed whatever needed to get fixed but it seems to be working now!

I should have looked at the history first. This was fixed by @Chaser Zaksback in August 2023; the history entry shows as a comment:
Replace deprecated ParserFunctions "#pad" with built-in "Magic word" "padleft"
And that's all that was required!
